paragraph #3

Miniver Cheevy is a poem by Edwin Arlington, about a man who blames all his failures and poverty to the world. His name "Miniever Cheevy" means to be an underachiever. He was an idealistic romantic, daydreaming of living and existing in another era where he wishes he was a knight in shining arm er.For example:" Miniever scorned the gold he sought but sore annoyed was he without it ."In this quote Miniever finds the need to  work for his money and he rationalizes again.Another qoute from the story :" Miniever Cheevy, born too late, scratched his head and kept on thinking; Miniever coughed and called it fate, and kept on drinking"
